This is the tour of the popular placed named as Tsetang, which is known as the cradle of Tibetan civilization. Or it could also be said as the tour to the cradle of Tibetan civilization. Some of major sights includes the Valley of the Kings, the Yumbu Lagang Palace and the Tandruk Monastery besides the visits of popular Potala Palace, Drepung & Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.

Yumbulakhang - The oldest known dwelling in Tibet and the home of the Yarlung kings. According to legend the castle is supposed to have been built by King Nyatri Tsenpo in around 130 B.C. Tsetang is also known as the clean town in Tibet and features the historic important sights.

The tour concludes after the sightseeing tours of the famous Lhasa city.

To conduct this tour, you are required to arrive in Kathmandu 02 days earlier for the necessary visa arrangements. The tour program in Kathmandu with the hotels would be arranged on additional costs. Or could be done by flying into from Chinese destination - Chengdu. We would be happy to organize the hotels and sightseeing at Chengdu on additional costs.

Day 01: Fly to Lhasa, transfer to Tsetang. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing tour of Tsetang, visits to Yumbulagang, the Yarlung Valley & Tashi Choeden Monastery and the Tombs of the Tibetan Kings. Afternoon drive to Lhasa. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03: Sightseeing in Lhasa. Visit Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 04: Sightseeing in Lhasa. Visit Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery and Norbulinkha. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 05: Fly back Lhasa /Kathmandu.
